On March 29, 2024, the Albanian Order of Psychologists carried out one of its most notable activities.
“Physical well-being helps mental well-being” brought together over 200 participants, including children, teenagers, and adults.
The activity is part of the organization of the European Semester of Psychology of the European Federation of Psychologists (EFPA) that Albania is carrying out.
So happy to be all together to deliver messages, have fun, and empower the slogan “Sane Mind in Sane Body.”.

The activity was carried out in cooperation with: European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA), Ministry of Education and Sports, QSUT, Municipality of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences, “Aleksander Xhuvani” University, Elbasan, “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës, Barleti University, Wisdom University, European University of Tirana, University of New York in Tirana, Mediterranea University of Albania, University of Sports and Physical Education, Albanian University UFO, “Twitty” and “Yjet” non-public kindergarten.
